With our Silver service we
offer owners the opportunity to advertise their property on our rental
site

for a small annual charge. For this owners will receive their own
web-page and prospective occupiers will e-mail owners direct with
their booking enquiries.

With
our Gold service, owners will have the opportunity to advertise their
property as with our Silver Service, but in addition, Key will also
offer their properties for rental through our enhanced Service, where
Key will take care of all aspects of the booking, and will handle
agreements and bookings.

|
With our Platinum Service, not
only will be provide the services of the Gold service, but we will
provide a guaranteed rental income for a period of 12 months. Owners are
still able to use their villa at pre-agreed times of the year, for their
own use and/or bookings. The Platinum Service is dependant upon the
Villa being fully managed by our Florida Property Manager, or another
Manager as mutually agreed. |
